Lysefjorden Marina
Lysefjorden Marina is situated at the gate of the 42 kilometres long Lysefjord in Ryfylke - one of Norway's most wild and beautiful fjords. This is a place everyone visiting Norway should experience.
At Lysefjorden Marina in Ryfylke you will find everything your boat and your family needs for the trip: A sheltered and space full harbour with plenty of room for visitors, fresh water, gasoline, diesel, groceries, garbage containers, telephones, showers, toilets, washing machines - in brief, all the things you need to avoid problems. The marina also have an appartment for rent (2 rooms, 4 beds).
The marina is new, but the shop here in Bergevik has over 100 years of tradition.
Many places the mountain walls shoot 900 meters straight up from the fjord, and some places the fjords itself has the same depth. Entering the fjord, you will never forget.
The Pulpit Rock is among southwest Norway's most popular tourist attractions, and is one of many exciting experiences in and around Lysefjorden.
But Forsand isn't only Lysefjorden and the Pulpit Rock. At Forsandmoen arceologists have discovered important traces of man living in the area as early as the Iron Age. Maybe something to look into?
